You know the Olde Ones aka Sumerians. Lovecraft wrote about'em as well.

Well my brother found a reference in this Under A Nightmare song called Dead Youth and it was an awesome find. Anyone else know of any? Cause I wanna listen.

that's right .... not the sumerians but the Annunaki... the alien beings that one theory says taught mankind how to live as a civilization. I get the Sumerians and the Annunaki mixed up occasionally.

But yeah The Olde Ones aren't just Lovecraftian is my point. They are originally from the Sumerian tablets and are apart of the whole Dec. 12, 2012 conspiracy theory.

If it was just some horror writer's creation I wouldn't be as interested.

There's also an Olde Ones reference in 300... right before King Leonidas is killed ...
at 1:38 is when he mentions ... "the Olde Ones say us spartans were descendents of Hercules himself..."
