RGS gets plugged in my FB status once or twice a month. Nobody visits my myspace (i think) but I'll put up a banner anyway.

RGS has been the background of my world for 5 years now?

If there was one connection in the bad times, it was me and my friends in SF drinking and listening to RGS.

You putting new stuff up? Server has been down for past few days.

Was getting a dns error on radioghoulschool.com domain a few days ago, seems site is back but the shoutcast stream reports server offline.

Oh well, plenty of music here to listen to in the mean time.

I've listened to it quite a lot lately. I don't really listen to radio stations often, but i actually listen to Radio Ghoul School... Probably the only one i listen to when i think about it. But oh well, few radiostations play decent music today.

I listen every day, I've been listening ever since RGS was first brought to my attention by an article in issue 2 of Deathrock Magazine; for a while I tried to give Pandora a shot, but I think it's overrated, and besides what's the point (except for shoegaze, and for that there's Big Sonic Chill) when I have Radio Ghoul School! I love how you guys play, some, straightforward punk as well, for instance last night I heard Neat Neat Neat by The Damned. I think Goth, Deathrock, and Post-Punk's, Punk roots should be acknowledged and respected. I'm actually thinking of making a cheapo iron-on transfer Radio Ghoul School t-shirt for myself, I love it that much; if official shirts were made, I'd definitely order one.

Is RGS down at the moment? I keep getting the message "resolving hostname" when I try to connect.

I still haven't been able to access RGS. I googled the error, and it seems like other people are having the same problem as I am, which means its on Winamp's end, not mine.

It works fine, closed port it uses on providers side, might be the problem.
If you see a scrolling pls on the main page it is up, if you go and check the rgs page and right click save target as on the link, as .pls and open with media player, or classic, or xmms, or w/e, what do you get.

It's working again in Winamp. The issue was with Winamp and their server, as one of the mods said in a thread over on the Winamp forum.

I'm listening to it in both winamp and xmms, there was no issue, however locally, in some ( mine 5.56) new version maybe.

my older myspace... I found this html code that let me stream radio ghoul school on my myspace... it was so badass. Anyone who went to my myspace would listen to Radio Ghoul School.

Any of you can find it if you just look hard enough with google or ask some html wizard.

Then my girlfriend got pissed off at me and deleted EVERYTHING from my myspace (yes the lesbian one) after that I HATED myspace so much!!! I hated the internet for awhile after that. Because RGS is the shit... and if you can stream it on your myspace page for the world .... well that's just shit EVERYWHERE. That's good... :D
