A Lycanthropy Reader. It's a selection of essays and whatnot about werewolves. I'm sort of bogged down in the medieval theological debate over whether or not the devil can turn humans into animals or just make them think they are. Serious business for these guys.

ugh! Textbooks....Looking at Movies 3rd edition. I wish we could just watch the movies and not analyze them.

I picked up some 1st edition Clive Barker books I plan on reading in my spare time. In The Flesh and The Inhuman Condition. Really interesting short stories.

It's hard to read in my leisure time because that's usually when I skim through my notes.

just about done an autobiography, by a fella who, while a young teen, got caught up in a civil war in Sierra Leone. lots of massacre, his family finally got killed right before he could reunite with them, then went and got semi-conscripted into a company (i assume) of the Sierra Leonian army, while still a kid.

lots of awful stuff.

good book.

The Narcissism Epidemic: Living in the Age of Entitlement

I have not got very far in it yet, but I am fairly confident this book is going to call me an evil narcissist.

Don't all his stories consist of a lone, skeptical male detective who runs amidst of some underground evil cult or monster?

I just got the feeling that he uses the same archetype for his stories after I read some.
