Joy DisasterMS: The new stuff you are recording, are you doing something different? Did you learn something from recording process on your last album?

JD: Yes, we are trying to have a new recording process with some engineers that we know. In the past was not especially the best way because the sound was ok, but not the same as we want to record. About the new stuff I think the sound is a little bit in the same way as the last album, but some differences. We try to play more rock'n'roll and to record only with three instruments. We'll try to have more overdubs than we did originally with the first one.

MS: When will the new Album be ready? Will it be with you on your upcoming tour?

N: The new album will be ready current April and we will do the best to have the products for the upcoming Tour... we hope so.

MS: What was the recording process of the new Album like?

N: We are in a studio in the mountain to record, drum, bass and electric guitars... after that we were back to Nancy with the audio files and I have finished to record keyboards, accoustic guitar & vocals. Now we are waiting about backing vocals to record with a girl who's singing in the band TOXIC KISS (Fr).

MS: Any good anecdotes from recording?

N: Beers, Ricard, Picon, Rum, Whiskey, barbecue, Flammen Kuche, cigarettes, cut wood to have a warm room to record...

MS: Are you working with a record label right now?

For now we don't have a recording label but we will start to promote the band and try to find a label for this album because it will be the best album of the band ! Ever !

MS: And what about some of the other bands in France, do you get the chance to work together?

JD: We work together with some bands. Sometimes there is a kind of concurrence between fans wanting you to play with another band, but we don't care, we just want to play, and for other bands it's the same. But we try to have a good exchange with other French bands, we're all from France. There's no reason to fight!

MS: What kind of thought do you put into the look of the band?

N: We try to change the image of the band to something more rock'n'roll, and not strictly gothic. We propose artists and painters to create what we want to use on our graphics like the website and album. We had this black website, for example. We'd like to try and use more color. We always have a good time at the any kind of parties, and we also want to want to discover new people, and have new people discover us.
